Must have some kitchen experience. Candidates without experience will not be considered.

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook/Prep to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will be responsible for assisting in the preparation and cooking of various dishes in our kitchen. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for food and a desire to work in the fast-paced environment of the food industry.

Duties:
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and portioning them appropriately
- Assist in the cooking and plating of dishes according to recipes and standards
- Follow proper food handling and safety procedures to ensure the quality and freshness of ingredients
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment, and kitchen area
- Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas for new dishes
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines

-Prepare sides for our deli case

Skills:
- Proficiency in knife skills and various cooking techniques
- Knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation
- Familiarity with food industry standards and practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of tasks
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
