You will prepare the highest quality food using the exact recipe specifications at all times. You will have responsibilities for all aspects of an assigned station which will include completing the daily preparation list, keeping food areas stocked with basic, critical items throughout the shift. Responsibilities also include cleaning, sanitizing and maintain equipment, utensils, and tools.
