Food Production Worker

Job Summary:

The position is responsible for assisting in the preparation and processing of food products, including coffee brewing, ingredient blending, and maintaining a clean work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Learn and execute the standard cold brew process
• Brew large batches of coffee according to established procedures
• Blend ingredients accurately for product consistency
• Bottle products following safety and sanitation guidelines
• Perform quality control checks to ensure product standards
• Label and date products accurately for inventory management
• Fulfill orders efficiently and accurately
• Maintain a clean and sanitized work area

Skills:

• Basic language skills for reading instructions and labels
• Basic mathematical skills for ingredient measurements
• Ability to follow technical processes for brewing and bottling
• Attention to detail for labeling and order fulfillment
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education and Training Required:

• High school diploma or equivalent

Experience Required:

• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided

Physical Demands:

• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Standing for extended periods

Work Environment:

• Work performed in a food production environment
• Ability to make your own schedule while meeting order fulfillment
• Exposure to temperature variations and noise
