Babysitter Needed for my Children - Now Hiring

Im a healthcare professional working 13 week contract assignments and am looking for a reliable, long-term nanny for my 2-year-old son. Current need: Overnight care approximately 3 nights per week, meal/snack preparation for child, Bedtime routine and overnight supervision, Morning routine support and daycare drop-off on work days (if needed) Future need: My work schedule may change between contracts. I would love to find someone who can grow with our family and potentially transition in the future. Open to occasional babysitting as needed is a plus! Flat rate for overnights and bilingual (ENG/SPAN) preferred.
