Accounting Director

* Director of Accounting, Greater Phoenix Area *
-Hands-on, client facing leadership role-ideal for a seasoned accounting professional with a strong foundation in day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping who values stability, longevity, and meaningful impact over fast-track advancement
- Manager 2-3 directs / up to 30 in-directs
- Technical accounting authority across complex portfolios
- Present financials and recommendations directly to boards
- Drive process improvement, standardization, and operational excellence
- Recession resistant industry with strong company tenure and laid-back culture

What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
-10+ years of accounting experience with strong leadership background
- Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting, and full-cycle accounting
- Compensation: $130K-$150K base + bonus
