100% Outpatient / No Call | Southwest Arizona | Core Faculty FM Role | 60/40 Clinic & Teaching Split

Step into an established non-profit integrated health system in Southwest Arizona, where academic leadership and outpatient primary care converge. Serving as Core Faculty for a growing rural Family Medicine residency program, you will spend 60% of your time in direct clinical practice and 40% dedicated to resident teaching, precepting, and didactics. Operating out of a flagship medical campus complete with a heliport, urgent care, surgery center, and multi-specialty support, this employed position offers full non-profit stability, zero call obligations, and comprehensive employer-paid benefits.

• Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm and you can live where you want in the County
• 100% outpatient, no call, nights or weekends
• Core -Faculty spends 60 % clinic vs. 40 % teaching/didactics. Experience Required to instruct
• Clinic has a heliport, urgent care, family med, surgery center and OBGYN in this flagship location
• Employed model with all M/D/V premiums paid for you, 4 weeks of PTO, 403B retirement plan, gym membership and so much more
• This position does not support Visas

Sure you can live in Phoenix or Tucson but this area has little to no traffic, all of what you can get there, however, it's great small-town living with access to San Diego and So. Cal for long weekends. So much to do, so little time!
