Grill Cook – Palm Beach Meats

Palm Beach Meats is seeking a motivated and reliable Grill Cook to join our team. We specialize in premium Wagyu beef and scratch-made dishes in a fast-paced, chef-driven environment.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items to Palm Beach Meats standards
• Grill steaks, burgers, sandwiches, and other menu offerings accurately and consistently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
• Follow recipes, portioning, and food safety procedures
• Assist with prep work, stocking, and kitchen cleaning duties
• Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy service periods

Qualifications:

• Previous grill or line cook experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
