Requirements

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of Social Work experience
• Active LCSW license required
• BLS Certification required
• Must be 5150 Certified in California
• Previous experience within a California Dignity/CommonSpirit facility is required
• Must be comfortable working in an acute care environment
• Two supervisor references required at submission:
  • One reference within the last 12 months
  • One reference within the last 3 years
  • Charge Nurse references accepted
