Position Overview

We’re looking for an experienced Service Advisor (5+ years) from an independent shop who leads with integrity and genuinely cares about helping customers.

\n

This is not a high-pressure dealership role—this is about building trust and long-term relationships.

Compensation

\n

• Base Salary: ~$60K
\n
• OTE: $100K–$125K+
\n
• Weekly advance against commission
\n

Shop Performance (Why You’ll Succeed Here)

• 50 cars/week currently (growing to 140+)
\n
• $800–$850+ ARO
\n
• Strong technician team and production
\n

What You’ll Do

\n

• Build trust with customers and guide them through repair decisions
\n
• Create accurate estimates and communicate clearly
\n
• Work closely with technicians to ensure quality and efficiency
\n
• Help drive shop performance and customer satisfaction
\n

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7+ years experience as a Service Advisor (independent shop preferred)
\n
• High integrity and professionalism
\n
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Organized, driven, and team-oriented
