  • Maximizing functional status of hospitalized patients.
  • Responsibilities include evaluating, planning, implementing, and modifying age-appropriate treatment programs.
  • Participates in discharge planning and administrative duties.
  • Engages in performance improvement and professional growth activities.
    Job Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience required in Occupational Therapy specialty.
  • National and Oklahoma state license required.
  • Geriatric or swing bed experience preferred.
    Schedule Information
  • Shift: Days, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday.
  • 36 hours per week.
  • No call required.
  • No floating required.
    Unit Specific Information
  • Unit involves Swing Bed care and minimal outpatient therapy.
    Additional Details
  • Patient ratio approximately 1:1, with 6-10 patients per day.
  • Scope of role includes Swing Bed and minimal outpatient care.
  • Return to Office blackout dates from 6/1/26 to 6/12/26.
  • Electronic Medical Record system used: Cerner.
  • 48-hour guarantees cannot be accommodated.
