TransForce is seeking a CDL A driver to support local operations based in Indianapolis, IN. This position offers steady work, reliable scheduling, and the opportunity to work with a driver-focused team.

\nCDL A Details 

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Schedule: Monday - Friday, early am Start time, 40-55 Hours per week

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Pay:  $32 Per hour

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Route Type: Local, 5-10 stops per day

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Equipment: Automatic Transmission

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Handling: Unloading and breaking down of pallets

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\nCDL A Minimum Requirements:  

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  License: CDL A

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Endorsements: Hazmat Not required

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in last 3 years) 

  \n\t\n\t
• \n\t

  Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\nCDL A Responsibilities:  

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Safely operate CDL A equipment on local routes 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Transport CDL A equipment in accordance with DOT and company safety standards 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Perform required handling tasks including unloading and breaking down of pallets

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Maintain accurate logs and paperwork 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t

  Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations 

  \n\t\n

\n\n

\n\t
• \n\t
