What You'll Do

• Welcome and prepare patients for examinations and office visits

• Obtain vital signs, update medical histories, and document patient information

• Assist the physician during examinations and procedures

• Administer injections and collect laboratory specimens as permitted by California regulations

• Coordinate appointments, referrals, and patient follow-up communications

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy standards

• Keep clinical areas organized, clean, and fully stocked

• Deliver a five-star patient experience through professionalism and exceptional service

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Current Medical Assistant Certification from an accredited program

• Strong EMR and computer skills

• Excellent communication and patient service abilities

• Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail

• Ability to multitask while maintaining a positive, professional demeanor

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years of Medical Assistant experience in a clinical setting

• Experience in primary care, internal medicine, family medicine, or concierge medicine
