CompensationPay Range: $32.38-$48.58 per hour
Final compensation is determined based on experience, education, certifications, and applicable skills.

The Surgical Technologist supports surgical procedures by preparing operating rooms, maintaining sterile technique, anticipating procedural needs, and assisting the surgical team in delivering safe and efficient patient care.
This role works closely with surgeons, nurses, and perioperative staff to create a positive patient experience and successful surgical outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and organize sterile instruments, supplies, and equipment for surgical procedures
- Maintain sterile technique throughout operative cases
- Anticipate surgeon and procedural needs during surgery
- Pass instruments and supplies efficiently to support operative flow
- Assist with patient preparation, positioning, and transport
- Perform surgical counts and support patient safety initiatives
- Clean and reset operating rooms between procedures
- Follow infection prevention and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and perioperative staff to ensure excellent patient care
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program
Preferred:
- Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
Experience:
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
- Previous surgical or operating room experience is welcomed but not required
Certifications:
- Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain after hire)
