Duration: 13 Weeks
Pay Rate: $60/hr
Schedule: 36 Hours/Week
Shift: Night Shift | 12-Hour Shifts

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care in a Long-Term Care (LTC) setting. The LPN will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare teams to ensure safe, compassionate, and resident-centered care during night shifts.

• Provide direct nursing care to long-term care residents

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Monitor resident conditions and report changes appropriately

• Assist with resident assessments and individualized care plans

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation

• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams

• Promote resident safety, comfort, dignity, and quality of life

• Respond appropriately to emergencies and resident care needs

• Ensure compliance with facility policies and nursing standards

• Active LPN License

• Long-Term Care (LTC) experience preferred

• Strong clinical and communication skills

• Ability to work independently on night shifts

• Commitment to providing compassionate resident care

• Night Shift Position

• Guaranteed 36 Hours Weekly

• No Overtime Allowed

• Maximum 37.5 Hours Per Week

• Housing Available Through Agency

• No Scheduling Restrictions
