Maintenance Supervisor

Monmouth Rehab & Nursing is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to help keep our skilled nursing facility safe, comfortable, and operating efficiently for residents and staff.

Pay: $20.00 per hour, based on experience

• Oversee daily maintenance operations and repairs
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Troubleshoot and repair building, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems
• Prioritize work orders and maintenance requests
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Assist with supervising maintenance staff and vendors as needed

• Previous maintenance experience required
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general building maintenance
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
