Shift: 5x8 Day Shifts

Position Overview

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality mammography procedures in a leading acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will ensure patient safety, provide excellent patient care, and produce diagnostic-quality breast imaging while adhering to departmental and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform screening and diagnostic mammography procedures

• Prepare and position patients for mammography exams

• Ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures

• Operate mammography equipment efficiently and safely

• Maintain image quality standards and proper documentation

• Follow radiation safety and infection control guidelines

• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare team members

• Maintain accurate patient records in EPIC

• Assist with quality assurance and departmental compliance activities

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Mammography experience

• BLS Certification required

• Experience in an acute care or hospital imaging setting preferred

• Strong patient care and communication skills

• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
