Responsibilities:

• Oversee carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring quality and efficiency.
• Lead a team of carpenters, providing guidance and support on-site.
• Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute project specifications.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials to construct structures.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors to coordinate work schedules.
• Maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition.
• Train and mentor junior carpenters in best practices and techniques.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a carpenter, with a minimum of 5 years in the field.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a team effectively.
• Expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical documents.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to operate woodworking tools and machinery safely.
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative attitude.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
