What You'll Do:

• Plan and oversee rehabilitative services in alignment with the organization's goals, policies, and standards of care.
• Implement policies and procedures that support client needs while advancing organizational objectives.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and supervision to rehabilitation staff, including assigning cases and tasks to ensure effective service delivery.
• Support staff in assessing client needs and ensure the appropriate level of care is consistently delivered.
• Manage rehabilitation program operations, including staffing, equipment, budgeting, staff training, goal setting, and performance evaluations to ensure resources are used effectively.
• Monitor program effectiveness by analyzing data and ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, quality assurance standards, and professional, ethical, and legal requirements.

Physical Therapist (PT) Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• 3-5 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
