Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Operations: Manage daily service department workflows to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Service Manager
• Track Record: Proven history of hitting high profitability goals and CSI/CSE scores.
• Leadership: Strong ability to inspire teams and manage high-pressure situations calmly.
• Skills: Proficient with modern DMS systems (Dealertrack, CDK, or Reynolds & Reynolds).
• Education: Degree in business administration or automotive technology preferred.
