Experience:
• 24 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.
• Experience with Epic is preferred.
Requirements:
• Candidates must have a license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <80 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health and no current placement allowed at Program: Medical Solutions Plus Program - Sanford Health.

Additional Details:
Resume: Each employment history entry must include all the following: detailed duties, hospital size, unit size, trauma level (if applicable), patient ratio, teaching facility. References: At least one reference must be from the same unit/specialty as the job you’re applying to. Eligibility as Current/Previous Employee: Must disclose previous employment on your resume or elsewhere within the submission for a DNU check.
Special Requests: Any employment gaps greater than 30 days must be explained. Must take a full 6 months off from any Good Samaritan Society and Marshfield Clinic Health System location. Previous Sanford Health employees must have an end date at least 6 months before submission.
Unit Details: Ventilator management, nebulizer treatments, EKGs, BiPAP/CPAP, and bedside spirometry. Cares for patients of all ages. Uses Drager vents, Respironics BiPAP/CPAP, Smart Vest, Micronebs, Mortara EKG carts, and Pyxis.
Shift & Scheduling: Every 3rd weekend; potential need to help out on nights.
Floating Requirements: Will be required to work all departments/areas within the hospital: ED, ICU, med-surg, pediatrics, OB, and family care areas.
7 days maximum time off
1 Charge/Lead reference required from within the last 12 months
1 reference required from within the last 3 years
Driver’s license required for submission
Certifications:
• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) or the alternative certification CRT
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program – 8th Edition)
