Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About who needs care: Independent but is having trouble remembering and gets confused by things. Reminder to eat, take medicine and drink water. About the care needs: I would prefer a woman who is of the same religion. That is Jehovah's Witnesses. Kind and has patience to repeat instructions over and over. Willing to help with cooking. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
