Companion Care Needed - Full-time / Part-time

About the care needs: My Parents could use help with household chores and have my company. My step father is declining cognitively and losing mobility. He wants to be independent but I dont know how long he will be able to. They also could use help getting to appointments. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
