Nanny Needed For My Children - Full-time / Part-time

We are looking for a nanny for my son, who is 2. 5 years old. He is fun-loving, active and a lot of fun. I will be working from home during the times we need help. We would prefer a nanny who does not smoke. Must be fluent in English, as my son has allergies and we need to communicate effectively for his care.
