Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

My daughter is 3 years old, and is currently obsessed with anything and everything Disney. She is bright, funny, but like a typical 3-year-old is still working on occasional listening skills. Her idea day would be to have someone that would play with her, take her outside in the backyard or to the park.
