Babysitter Needed for my Children

We would love to find some who cares for our kids like we would. Patient and kind. We mostly need help with the older two as we are soon expecting a third. We would not need help with the new baby until they are at least 3 months old. My wife and I often have different work schedules so many days one of us will be home, and there will be other days which we are both working. My children love outings to the zoo, library, park and enjoy arts and crafts time at home.
