Babysitter Needed - Full-time / Part-time

Looking for a nanny primarily for our baby girl once she is about 6 months old in August. Schedule would be weekdays 10-2. Will mainly need to feed and play, and also get back down for nap before leaving in the afternoon. We also have a 3-year-old son who will need to be picked up from his school nearby around 12:45 everyday using our car (baby will come along). Whenever his school is closed, he will need to be looked after as well. After baby is around 1-year-old the hours would likely shift a little earlier and longer. Would also be great to have babysit a couple nights per month.
