General Production Associate - Entry Level

Now Hiring: General Production Associate

Pay: $18.49/hour
Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd Shift

We are currently looking for reliable and safety-focused individuals to join our team as Machine Operators / Production Associates. This is a hands-on role working with machinery and materials in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate assigned machinery and equipment safely and efficiently
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products
• Handle materials using appropriate equipment
• Perform visual inspections to ensure product quality
• Follow all safety policies and properly use required PPE
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Ensure machine guards and safety features are functioning properly
• Perform general housekeeping and basic maintenance tasks
• Follow company rules, procedures, and supervisor instructions

Requirements:

• Ability to lift, load, and move materials
• Comfortable working in a production or manufacturing environment
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
