What You’ll Do

As a Cook at BCBC, you’ll play a key role in keeping our guests and staff fueled for adventure. Your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and cooking delicious meals in our food truck.
• Managing and maintaining food truck staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Providing excellent customer service to our guests.
• Ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are met.
• Collaborating with team members to create a welcoming and efficient dining experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a Cook with at least 1 year of experience who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Here’s what we’d like you to bring to the table:

• Proven experience in a cooking or culinary role.
• Strong leadership skills to manage staff effectively.
• Ability to manage all aspects of food truck solo.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• A commitment to maintaining high food safety and cleanliness standards.
• A positive attitude and a passion for creating great food.
