The Customer Service Representative is responsible for assisting customers by answering inquiries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and providing information about products and services. Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Process orders, returns, refunds, exchanges, and account updates.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in company databases.
  • Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments when necessary.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
  • Meet established productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction targets.
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting basic product or service issues.
  • Support sales and retention efforts by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience.
Requirements

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Experience

  • Previous customer service, retail, call center, or administrative experience preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates with strong communication skills may be considered.

Skills
