Our client, manufacturing industry is seeking an Assembly Production Manager to join their team. As an Assembly Production Manager, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and excellent communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Pay Range: $75K - $95K
Shift: 7am-4pm
What's the Job?
- Oversee daily fabrication, assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipment of rigging solutions.
- Monitor open orders, material availability, labor requirements, and shipment deadlines to ensure efficient workflow.
- Assign tasks to shop floor employees based on skill levels, workload, and customer priorities.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment to promote productivity and safety standards.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the production team, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
What's Needed?
- Hands-on knowledge of wire rope, chain, lifting slings, and rigging hardware.
- Experience managing or leading teams in a manufacturing or rigging environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
