Job Description
As Lead Cabinet Technician at Renew Medic by ARK, you will be helping home owners return to normal after a water/fire or smoke damage event in their kitchens or bathrooms. Your primary responsibility is to ensure all on-site cabinet installations and removals happen as timely and effectively as possible. Leveraging your installation and removal experience, problem solving and customer service, you will lead and do cabinet removals and installations, with support from other technicians. In many cases, you will serve as the company’s first on-site representative, setting the tone for professionalism and quality with the customer. This role requires strong communication with customers and internal team members on every job. Regular communication includes the Office Coordinator, Production Manager, Cabinet Builder and General Manager. The ability to lead and support other technicians as needed will be key to growing a strong team and improve onsite effectiveness. As with any role, you are expected to uphold and promote the company’s culture and standards of excellence.

· Provide courteous, professional customer service at all times.
· Act as the primary project lead on-site.
· Perform efficient cabinet removal, pick-up, delivery, and cabinet installation.
· Identify and resolve on-site issues quickly and effectively.
· Ensure proper execution of all compliance steps for removal and installation process.
· Maintain daily communication with the Office Coordinator, Production Manager, builders, finishers, and General Manager for job status or where input is needed.
· Provide coaching, guidance, and direction to assisting technicians.
· Complete onsite professional cabinet cleaning, touch-ups, and assembly as needed.
· Maintain and enforce all safety protocols and procedures at job sites.
· Safely operate cabinet-building, installation and removal equipment and machinery, including:
o table saws, miter saws, routers, edge banders, bandsaws, jointers, planers, sanders, power tools, and dust collection systems.
· Ensure all job sites and customer properties are kept clean, safe, and organized before, during, and after work.
· Obtain signed work authorizations and customer satisfaction certificates.
· Complete and submit all required job documentation accurately and promptly
· Utilize and become proficient in the DASH Job Management System via mobile device.
· Perform both on-site and in-shop work as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Preferred:
· 3+ years of experience in installation, insurance claims, construction, remodeling, renovation, home services, cabinetry, furniture, or woodworking.
Required:
· Exceptional attention to detail, timeliness, strong problem solving skills and organizational skills.
· Customer-focused attitude with proven on-site communication experience.
· 2+ years Hands-on experience in onsite customer interfacing construction, remodeling, or renovation.
· Skilled in the installation of cabinets, trim, case goods, or other finish carpentry.
