Construction Laborer - Commercial

We are hiring dependable Construction Laborers to support a commercial project. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced construction environment and are ready to start immediately.

Location: Fredericksburg, VA
Duration: 3-6 Month Assignment (potential go longer)
Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist skilled trades (electricians, low voltage techs, carpenters, etc.) on-site
• Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
• Perform site cleanup and maintain a safe, organized work area
• Move heavy materials and supplies throughout the job site
• Assist with basic installation tasks and general labor duties
• Follow all safety procedures and site guidelines
• Support daily construction operations as directed by supervisors

Qualifications:

• Previous construction or general labor experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to perform physical work (lifting, bending, standing for long periods)
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in varying conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions
• Bilingual preferred
• OSHA certification is a plus but not required

Schedule & Compensation:

• Full-time hours with potential overtime
