Office Manager / Bookkeeper (Part-Time to Full-Time, Hybrid Remote)
About Us
One:Eleven is a ten year old company of experienced craft cannabis cultivator's dispensary, bud-tenders, and curators of the highest quality cannabis infused products in Colorado, New Mexico and soon to be in Massachusetts .
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Office Manager / Bookkeeper to support our internal operations and financial processes.
Position Overview
This is a hybrid role combining office management, administrative coordination, and bookkeeping responsibilities. The position is primarily remote, with occasional in-office responsibilities as needed.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and is comfortable managing both operational workflows and financial records.
Schedule
- Flexible: Part-Time to Full-Time (20–40 hours per week)
- Mostly remote with periodic in-office support (as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Office Management & Operations
- Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth business functionality
- Coordinate calendars, meetings, and internal communications
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Assist with onboarding/offboarding processes and documentation
- Support leadership with scheduling, reporting, and special projects
- Manage vendor relationships, subscriptions, and office-related expenses
- Help streamline and improve internal processes for efficiency
Bookkeeping & Financial Support
- Maintain accurate financial records and general ledger entries
- Process accounts payable and receivable
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Assist with budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow monitoring
- Coordinate with external accountants/CPAs for tax preparation and compliance
- Ensure proper documentation and audit readiness
Administrative & Executive Support
- Provide direct support to leadership team as needed
- Assist with contract management and document preparation
- Track key deadlines, deliverables, and operational milestones
- Support cross-functional coordination across teams and projects
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience in office management, bookkeeping, or administrative roles
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping principles (AP/AR, reconciliations, reporting)
- Quick books certified
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred
- Experience supporting executives or leadership teams
- Background in finance, real estate, or professional services
- Familiarity with process improvement or operations workflows
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or related field
