Quality Assurance Lead

• Perform detailed inspections on finished parts using precision tools such as micrometers, calipers, scales, and dial gauges.
• Coordinate activities between Final Inspection and Shipping to meet strict quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Document and track results by accurately completing inspection forms, log sheets, travelers, and non-conformance tags for rejected material.
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with the management team and co-workers regarding quality issues, shop floor procedures, and safety standards.

Skills Needed:

• Technical Aptitude: General knowledge of Quality Assurance principles and the ability to interpret written/verbal instructions, blueprints, or drafts.
• Multi-tasking & Autonomy: Comfortable prioritizing tasks independently in a dynamic workspace without constant guidance.
• Communication & Math: Strong professional communication skills and the ability to solve basic mathematical problems.
• Physical Capability: Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 lbs occasionally, and use precise vision to inspect moving mechanical parts.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Strong attendance history and punctuality.
