Restoration Technician (Water, Fire, & Mold)

What You’ll Do

• Disaster Response: Respond to emergency calls involving Water, Fire, Smoke, Mold, and Biohazard situations.
• On-Site Mitigation: Handle water extraction, controlled demolition, and the removal of damaged materials in commercial and residential settings.
• Remediation: Set up and monitor specialized drying equipment, air scrubbers, and dehumidifiers.
• Documentation: Keep clear records of moisture readings and project progress (crucial for insurance claims).

What You Bring to the Table

• The "Plus" Factors: Prior experience or active IICRC (WRT/AMRT) or DBPR certifications are a huge plus and will be compensated accordingly.
• The Essentials: You must have a valid driver’s license, a clean background check, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• The Mindset: You’re comfortable working in varied environments (attics, crawlspaces) and don't mind the "seven-day-a-week" nature of emergency restoration.
• The Commitment: You’re looking for a career, not just a paycheck, and you’re eager to learn the technical side of restoration.
