Position Overview:
The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for coordinating day-to-day operations across multiple IT equipment warehouses, proactively resolve customer inquiries/issues and work to ensure accurate processing of inventory receipts and shipments. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in warehouse operations, possess strong organizational skills, and be knowledgeable in the use of warehouse management systems (WMS). This role requires effective communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment to meet company and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
· Coordinate the overall operations of the warehouse, including inventory management, product receiving, storage, and shipment
· Monitor and track inventory using Prorizon’s Active SCM system, ensuring accurate updates and real-time reporting
· Facilitate warehouse adherence to safety, security, and operational protocols
· Monitor the picking, packing and shipping of IT products, while complying with customer specifications and timelines
· Systematically audit warehouse inventory, identifying discrepancies and taking corrective actions as needed
· Collaborate with logistics teams to achieve timely deliveries and resolve any shipping-related issues
· Manage and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to warehouse efficiency, inventory accuracy, and shipping timeliness
· Identify and help achieve process improvement in warehouse operations and workflow
· Act as the point of contact for internal teams and clients regarding warehouse inquiries and issues
· Provide training and guidance to new warehouse staff on procedures, safety protocols, and ActiveSCM system usage.
· Perform ActiveSCM software UA testing to ensure that our WMS is robust and efficient
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent required
· 3+ years of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management
· Previous experience working with warehouse management systems (WMS)
· Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively across local and remote teams
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel, etc.)
· Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse environments
· Flexible and proactive in addressing operational challenges and implementing solutions
