We're looking for an Inside Sales & Customer Account Specialist who enjoys working directly with customers, solving problems, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring every customer receives the outstanding service Supreme is known for.

What You'll DoAs the primary liaison between our customers and our internal teams, you'll help ensure customer requirements are communicated accurately and projects move smoothly from quotation through production.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through timely, professional communication.
- Coordinate customer requirements with Engineering, Quality, Production, Purchasing, and Scheduling.
- Process customer releases, forecasts, RFQs, and pricing information within our Plex ERP system.
- Prepare and maintain customer quotations and monitor opportunities requiring re-quoting.
- Monitor production part status and participate in status reviews.
- Support APQP activities and assist with customer quality concerns and Out-of-Box Supplier (OBS) claims.
- Ensure customer information, pricing, and production data remain accurate and up to date.
- Help identify opportunities to improve processes and strengthen customer satisfaction.

- 3+ years of experience in inside sales, customer account management, customer service, program management, or manufacturing support.
- Manufacturing experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience working with OEM or Tier 1 automotive customers is a plus.
- ERP experience (Plex preferred) or experience with similar ERP systems.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
