Duties

• Greet and assist guests arriving during nighttime hours with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Manage front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, and reservations with accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring all transactions are correctly processed and recorded in the hotel management system.
• Handle multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette, addressing guest inquiries and internal communications promptly.
• Prepare detailed shift reports, including financial summaries, incident logs, and guest feedback documentation.
• Monitor security cameras and perform routine safety checks around the property to ensure guest safety and property security.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address any overnight guest requests or issues swiftly.

Requirements

• Experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with a strong focus on customer service excellence.
• Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse guest base effectively.
• Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and night audit procedures is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest relations expertise.
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts while maintaining high standards of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is advantageous.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
