Machine Operator – Louisville, KY
Reporting to the Production Team Leader, you will operate, monitor, and maintain production equipment to support efficient manufacturing operations at our Louisville, KY facility. You will help ensure product quality, safety, and production targets are met while working as part of a collaborative production team.
A Taste of Your Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process to meet established performance standards
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Follow production schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
- Maintain compliance with food safety standards, Good Manufacturing Practices, and company policies
- Document production data, machine performance, and any issues encountered during shifts
- Support sanitation and cleaning activities to maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding production status and operational concerns
- Assist with changeovers, setup, and adjustments of equipment as needed
Ingredients Required for Your Success
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Mechanical aptitude and understanding of basic machine operations
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime as needed
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Commitment to following safety procedures and maintaining a safe workplace
Physical Requirements
