Part-Time Housekeeper And Household Help

. I'm looking for regular ongoing help with housekeeping - the initial focus will just be the main lower level that has the living room, kitchen, and one bathroom. Along with the cleaning, there are a few lighter tasks I'd love help with: some basic laundry, light food prep (think slicing veggies or marinating chicken, no actual cooking), tidying clothes, the occasional errand, and walking my dog now and then. I have a 3-year-old Labrador Retriever who's well-behaved.
