$19.00 per hour

JOB SUMMARY
A well-established medical office in Southern California is seeking Outbound Medical Assistants to provide back-office and clinical support to physicians at multiple locations throughout the Inland Empire and surrounding areas. This role involves direct patient interaction, clinical assistance, and administrative support. Candidates must be reliable, flexible, and comfortable traveling between sites.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet patients and prepare them for examinations

• Obtain the patients medical history and record vital signs

• Assist physicians during patient examinations

• Provide back-office clinical support

• Assist with insurance documentation, coding, and billing paperwork

• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA standards

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 6 months of Medical Assistant or Medical Office experience

• Reliable transportation

• Current automobile insurance

• Ability and willingness to travel to multiple locations

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Professional and patient-focused demeanor

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience working in outpatient or clinical office settings

• Familiarity with insurance verification, coding, and billing processes
