Pay Rate: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
Shift: 2:45 PM – 11:15 PM

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Mixer/Batcher Operator to join our production team. This position is responsible for accurately measuring, weighing, and blending raw materials according to formulas and production specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience operating mixing equipment in a manufacturing or food production environment and be committed to quality, safety, and productivity.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Accurately weigh, measure, and stage raw materials according to batch sheets and production schedules.
• Operate industrial mixers, blenders, and batching equipment.
• Follow formulas, recipes, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Monitor mixing processes to ensure product quality and consistency.
• Complete production documentation, batch records, and inventory logs.
• Perform quality checks and submit samples as required.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area following GMP and safety guidelines.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, and basic troubleshooting.
• Safely lift materials and ingredients as needed.
• Support production goals while maintaining quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Mixer, Batcher, Blender, or Production Operator preferred.
• Ability to read and follow batch sheets, formulas, and work instructions.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Forklift experience is a plus.
