Summary:
Operate and set up CNC milling and turning machines in a small shop environment. This role is ideal for a CNC Operator with foundational experience who is looking to expand their skill set beyond the machine and grow within a versatile operation.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and perform basic setups on CNC mills and lathes, primarily Haas equipment
• Load programs, change tooling, and make offsets as needed to meet print specifications
• Inspect parts using basic measuring tools to ensure quality standards are met
• Assist with additional shop functions as needed, such as secondary operations or basic maintenance
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of CNC operating or setup experience preferred
• Experience with Haas mills and/or lathes is a strong plus
• Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring tools
• Interest in learning additional shop skills beyond CNC machining
• Reliable, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a small team environment
