What You’ll Do- Operate production equipment and machinery with full training provided
- Assemble, inspect, and package products to meet high-quality standards
- Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe and efficient workplace
- Keep your workspace clean, organized, and production-ready
- Perform quality checks and report any issues or defects
- Work collaboratively to hit daily production goals
- No prior experience required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle repetitive tasks
- Capable of lifting up to 30–50 lbs when needed
- Basic math and communication skills
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Previous warehouse, production, or assembly experience
- Experience in fast-paced or team-driven environments

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Groton, CT.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.19 - $25.00/hr.
