Compensation: $20-$22 per Hour
Schedule: 16 Hours Per Week
Monday: 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM
Wednesday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
The Facility is seeking a polished, customer-focused, and highly professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is ideal for an individual who excels at delivering exceptional customer service, possesses strong sales abilities, and understands the importance of creating a luxury client experience.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a Med Spa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Aesthetic practice and will be comfortable engaging with clients, promoting services and products, and supporting the daily operations of a busy, client-centered environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver an Exceptional Client Experience
Serve as the first point of contact for all clients, providing a warm, welcoming, and professional experience.
Ensure every client receives outstanding customer service from check-in through departure.
Address client questions and concerns with confidence, professionalism, and discretion.
Appointment Scheduling & Client Communication
Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and appointment requests.
Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and coordinate appointments efficiently.
Maintain clear and professional communication with clients regarding services and treatments.
Sales & Retail Support
Educate clients on available products, services, memberships, and promotional offerings.
Recommend appropriate retail products and treatment packages based on client needs.
Support practice revenue goals through excellent customer engagement and sales techniques.
Administrative & Front Office Operations
Maintain accurate client records and appointment documentation.
Process payments and ensure accurate billing for services and retail purchases.
Keep the reception area organized, professional, and welcoming at all times.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with providers and clinical staff to ensure a seamless client experience.
Communicate client needs, updates, and scheduling changes effectively.
Previous front desk, receptionist, concierge, or customer service experience required.
Experience in a Med Spa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, or Aesthetic practice strongly preferred.
Proven ability to deliver exceptional customer service in a client-focused environment.
Strong sales aptitude with the ability to confidently recommend products and services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Professional appearance, demeanor, and phone etiquette.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Experience with scheduling software, EMR systems, and point-of-sale platforms is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Understanding of HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality requirements.
