- Background in packing and unloading materials in a production or warehouse setting.
- Experience operating a stand-up forklift.
- Familiarity with warehouse inventory processes and material flow.
- Ability to maintain an organized work area and handle multiple tasks within a production schedule.
You will join a safety-first team that offers reliable hours, structured training, and clear opportunities for advancement. The organization values effort and provides hands-on training and cross-training from the first week to help you grow into higher-skilled roles. You can expect predictable shifts, milestone reviews that support career progression, and a clean, well-maintained facility. The focus is on building long-term careers by recognizing contributions and providing the tools and support needed to succeed.
