Job Description
We’re seeking a skilled, detail‑oriented Rug Cleaner with previous professional rug‑cleaning experience to join a Farmingdale based rug-cleaning company. The ideal candidate understands fiber types, stain treatments, washing techniques, and safe handling of high‑value rugs. This position is Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm, $22-25/hour.
Requirements
Previous rug‑cleaning experience (2-4 years)
Knowledge of fibers including wool, silk, synthetics, and blends
- Carpet Cleaning Wand experience mandatory
Ability to lift rugs up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
