We are seeking a dedicated packager to join our team on the 2nd shift in the production department. The role primarily involves working with the 'stick pack' product, similar to liquid IV or Crystal Lite packets, and requires packing each box according to customer specifications, typically in orders of 7 or 32.
Responsibilities
- Hand count and pack products in specified order quantities of 7 or 32.
- Ensure each box is packed to meet customer specifications.
- Maintain focus and attention to detail throughout the packing process.
- Be flexible to move to different departments depending on business needs.
- Engage in sorting, packing, inventory management, picking, assembly, loading, labeling, inspection, and unloading tasks.
- Ability to lift 25 lbs or more comfortably.
- Experience with packing, lifting, and labeling products.
- Proficiency in counting to 32 with high attention to detail and focus.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment is advantageous.

Work Environment
The position is based in a cleanroom manufacturing floor, which is temperature controlled. While some areas may expose associates to raw ingredients and food allergens such as milk, egg, peanut, tree nut, fish, shellfish, soy, and wheat, the company ensures a safe and organized workspace. The shifts are structured as follows: 1st shift from 5am-3:30pm and 2nd shift from 4pm-2:30am, Monday through Thursday, with potential overtime on Fridays. Orientation will be held from 9am-1pm before transitioning to the assigned shift. The work environment also includes unpaid lunch breaks and two 15-minute breaks.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.
