Material Handler – Cabling Team Support

Location: Goodyear, AZ (On-site)
Schedule: Overnight – 4x10s (Monday–Thursday), with occasional overtime on Fridays
Duration: 7-Month Contract-to-Hire - reliable employees will be offered conversion at the end of the contract period
Job Overview

We are seeking a reliable Material Handler to support a cabling team by receiving, staging, transporting, and organizing materials and equipment. This role is critical to ensuring installers have the correct materials on hand to keep projects on schedule, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, stage, and organize materials and equipment for cabling projects
• Transport materials to and from job sites or designated work areas
• Maintain accurate labeling and inventory tracking
• Support installers by ensuring timely availability of materials
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe worksite

Required Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in material handling, warehouse, or general labor roles
• Ability to lift and move materials and equipment as required
• Comfortable working in active job site environments (data centers or commercial sites)
• Strong attention to detail, especially with organization and inventory tracking
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow safety requirements
