Established (95+ Years) Premier Firm Seeking Labor and Employment Associate Attorney for Labor and Employment in Boston, Massachusetts
 
An established firm based in Boston, Massachusetts with over 95 years in practice is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney with 4+ years to join their team onsite. This Attorney will have experience with labor and employment litigation, workplace investigations, wage and hour compliance, and counseling employers, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations while representing clients in litigation and advisory matters.

Salary range: $150,000-$190,000+ contingent on experience

Qualifications
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar in good standing
4+ years of experience handling labor and employment matters including litigation and counseling
Strong knowledge of federal and Massachusetts employment laws and regulations
Experience drafting motions, pleadings, and discovery materials
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
 
Responsibilities
Handle all aspects of labor and employment litigation from inception through resolution
Advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment laws
Draft and review employment policies, agreements, and handbooks
Conduct workplace investigations and provide strategic recommendations
Represent clients in administrative proceedings and court hearings
Collaborate with senior attorneys on complex legal matters
Maintain strong client relationships and provide practical, business-oriented advice
